AdFixus Pty Ltd and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “AdFixus”, “we” or “us”) is an Australian-headquartered company that is committed to protecting your privacy.

2. What does this policy cover?
Our Privacy Policy details how we handle Personal Information obtained during the use of this website and our Solutions as defined within the solution section of this website.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. Accordingly, we’re providing this Privacy Policy to explain our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (defined below) that we receive when you use our website (https://www.adfixus.com/ and its subdomains) (“Website”), and our Solutions.

3. What personal information do we collect?
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Solutions, to administer your use of the Solutions (including your account), and to enable you to easily navigate our Services. The types of information we may collect are:

3.1 Website Usage Information. We you visit our websites, we may collect technical and usage information, including analytics and information about how you use our websites, as well as, your internet protocol address, your login data, browser type, and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and other information exposed as part of normal web browsing.

3.2 Account Information. If you create an account to subscribe to our website or newsletter, we’ll request that you provide Personal Information, such as your name, email address, job title, and phone number, so that we can contact you. You can ‘opt-out’ of such communications by using the “unsubscribe” facility provided in the communication itself.

3.3. Prospective Client Information. If you create an account to make inquiries about our Solutions and Services, sign up for updates, or otherwise communicate with us, in addition to the information listed above, we’ll also collect additional information including the address of your business, the names of individuals who work at your offices, and services and products offered by you. 3.4. Job Applicant Information. If you are exploring job opportunities with us, and you provide Personal Information, this information will be used to vet and progress your application and will be solely retained for reference if you were to apply for another position with us or we identify another suitable position for you. If we identify another suitable position, we will contact you and invite you to apply.

3.5 Information Collected Automatically Using cookies and other Web Technologies. 4. What happens if you fail to provide personal data or provide incorrect personal data?

We may engage third-party service providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services (for example, to support the delivery of, provide functionality on, or help to enhance the security of the Website). Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. 16. Miscellaneous.
Please note, both Personal Information and personal data have the same meaning in the context of this Privacy Policy. Personal data or Personal Information means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data that has been deidentified, via encryption or other means (i.e. anonymised data).
